Some nonsense about NFT

If I wanted to post a song in a public article, I would search directly in the backend library. The problem is that the backend library belongs to QQ Music, which buys the rights from the major music companies, so there are definitely some songs that I can’t find at all. Of course, I could download them elsewhere and upload them to a public article, but that would be an infringement of copyright and a lawsuit against me.

Weight Loss Off-Topic

As I predicted earlier, my Weight Loss Series articles turned into some sort of permanent presence. Although at the time of publishing, the traffic of one article was lower than another. But in the time that has passed since it was published, almost every day someone has clicked on it, someone has appreciated it, and someone has even left a question. Here’s how I see it: everyone doesn’t have the same idea of value. In my case, I took the time to find information, do analysis, and write a whole “weight loss series”.

Fasting for six days summary

On Sunday, December 6, 2020, I ended my six-day fast at 12:00 noon. I wrote about “Fasting Feelings” on Thursday before, when I was only fasting for 72 hours straight. Let’s start with the conclusion: not recommended, much less recommended for long-term repeated implementation, and recommended to keep as a personal preference. This fasting I successfully verified several things. hunger will weaken over time. That is, the first three days will feel a strong hunger, and not all the time, generally concentrated in the lunch time, dinner time and before bedtime.

Fasting Feelings

At this moment, I have fasted for more than 72 hours. My blood pressure is 111/76, heart rate is 87, and blood sugar is 4.2 at 12:00 p.m. The previous day, my blood pressure was 113/71, heart rate was 78, and blood sugar was 4.2 at noon. Overall, my condition is very stable, except for excessive energy, cold hands and feet after 4:00 p.m., and occasional weakness during exercise. I had been eating a lot of vegetables and high-protein, high-fat food for more than a month, and even though I reduced to two meals a day, I still felt too full at the end of the day.

Weight loss study (X) Appendix

As I promised before, I will put out an appendix at the end of the “Weight Loss Research” series to give a complete account of my weight loss process, specific methods and tools for this round. It should not be considered as a universal method, nor should it be considered as the way you should immediately refer to the implementation of weight loss, but only as a reference for your personal decision. Otherwise, it deviates from my original intention of writing the Weight Loss Research series, and may not be good for your health.

Weight loss study (IX)

In this issue I am going to do a review and summary of the Weight Loss Research series. There may also be a tenth issue in the future, in which I intend to detail the equipment, meal plans and workouts that I personally used for this round of weight loss. But that is all very personal experience and experience, and only appropriate to appear as an appendix to the full series. So, today’s “Weight Loss Study (IX)” is the end of the body of this series.

Weight loss study (VIII)

If you research issues related to weight loss as I do, then sooner or later you will encounter papers fighting each other as I did in yesterday’s Weight Loss Research (VII). We want answers, so who better authority than medical scientists, and what more serious content than papers in professional medical journals? However, once you go that far, you will suffer as much as I did. Because the opinions of these medical scientists are not uniform, the content of medical journals is not guaranteed to be “correct” because the editorial board allows some findings to be published, but perhaps the conclusions do not support the findings; and some analyses to be published, but perhaps the methods and samples themselves have imperceptible flaws.

Weight loss study (VII)

Whenever we talk about low carb diets and protein and fat supplementation, we always hear the question: What about elevated cholesterol? Those who have updated their nutrition knowledge will ask more specifically: What about elevated LDL cholesterol? The topic of cholesterol is quite complex, and it is not easy to make it clear, just thinking about how to write about it gives me a headache, so I just keep avoiding and delaying it. Now that I’ve come to chapter 7, there’s really no room for dodging and retreating, so I’ll just have to write a little bit of the information I’ve collected and organized.

Weight loss study (VI)

Today we are going to discuss a concept that may not seem directly related to weight loss: insulin resistance. This series is about weight loss, so many people probably think this is an article for fat people, so they see the title and turn away. In fact, being overweight is just a result of a long deterioration of the body. When we talk about weight loss, we are addressing this result. Then, instead of solving the problem after it appears, it is better to curb it in the nascent state.

Weight loss study (V)

They say our body is a hybrid car. It can be fueled by glucose, protein and fat at the same time, it’s just that the main fuel used varies with the speed. Then, from the perspective of a weight reducer, it is natural to want this car to burn as much fat as possible, and it is better not to touch the protein, lest we lose muscle. Unfortunately, this matter is not up to us, the body has its own rules.

Weight loss study (IV)

Originally, today’s chapter was going to be about hormones and energy cycles in the body. But something happened in the comments section yesterday that made me change my mind. Ever since I started writing this series, people have been rushing in every day shouting: It doesn’t need to be that complicated, you just need to do this and that! They are not interested in discussion or analysis, but rather in shoving what they think is the “most correct” (and often the “simplest”) method down your throat, just like Wang Xiaobo’s big sister who sews buttons.

Weight loss study (III)

In Weight Loss Research (I), we discussed the importance of a mindfulness shift. In “Weight Loss Research (II)”, we continued to discuss how to analyze and research a weight loss method after a mind shift so that you can find the one that works for you. Today I would like to discuss the issue of calories, because it does cause a lot of trouble for people. There is nothing wrong with the equation (caloric intake < caloric expenditure) = weight loss.

Weight loss study (II)

In the previous chapter, “Weight Loss Research (I),” we discussed the most difficult part of the weight loss problem, namely, the shift in mindfulness that creates the real need for weight loss, and the real need for weight loss that creates the real action. This part of the discussion is rather boring and lacks “practicality”. However, I still insist on discussing it because it cannot build a solid basis for discussion. Otherwise, both you and I will end up as hearsay, people follow the crowd, follow the trend of the foolish man and woman, busy looking for the “best way to lose weight”, in the end, nothing, just a waste of time and money.

Weight loss study (I)

If we are going to discuss weight reduction, then we may have to make a distinction between the things of the world first. The things in the world can be divided into two kinds according to the means to solve them. One is that no one has done it and you don’t know the method, such as innovation, invention, creation; the other is that there are many people who have done it, with a large number of methods and practices, some succeeding while others failing.

Fasting Research

I’m not very happy, I feel like I’ve been shat on like a grandson all these years. It was in the 90s, right, stir-fry can finally put more lard, fragrant, but said it is fat is harmful to health, overnight household vegetable oil up in a bucket; 30 years later, and said that fat is good, but the plant seeds plus industrial production of oil can not. It was also said that not only lard was good, but also butter was better, and that it was suitable for the elderly because they did not have to make extra efforts to digest and absorb it.
